Hi! We are Sierra and Al - beekeepers and
founders of Palm Beach Creamed Honey.
And we are so happy you're here.
The vision for our company, to take locally grown honey and bring it the next level has been a journey of a lifetime. We have been involved with Beekeeping for decades. Al the Bee Guy, known thru out the state, was President of the Palm Beach County Beekeepers Association for 4 years and Vice President of the Florida State Beekeepers Association for 2 years. Al still dedicates the bulk of his time to saving the bees through live bee removal and relocation, educating the public as he goes.
She fell in love with bees in 2014 when Al gave Sierra her first bee hive. Sierra now maintains hundreds of colonies for Sierra's Bees, Country Clubs, and private clients all over the tri-county area (Palm Beach, Martin, and Broward counties).
Together, we created Creamed Honey Company in 2020, during the pandemic, to bring our love of bees and honey to you. At Creamed Honey Company we are dedicated and committed to the pure, raw, unfiltered, natural state of honey and the respect of our beloved bees who make this liquid gold..
Our kosher-certified facility is located on our farm in rural Palm Beach County, where we live with our kids ( Sierra's 3 - and Al's 2), dairy goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, dogs, and of course, our hives - hundreds of them. We consider ourselves stewards of the land on this 12.6 acres of native, Florida, pristine, quiet, property we call home.
We have created a state of the art facility that allows us to work on the farm, our local honey shipped to you.
